Good to know: Lubry manufactures products for brands and retailers. You have therefore usually purchased your product under a different brand name. If you tell us this brand and the point of sale, we can deal with your enquiry most quickly.
If your message relates to a specific product, please provide us with the following details – this will help us identify your enquiry accurately:
When & where purchased
Date of purchase and point of sale (shop, online store or brand) where you bought the product.
Batch number
For tubes, you will find the batch number on the tube seam (at the folded end of the tube); for labels, it is printed directly on the label.
Shelf life
The use-by date is also located on the tube at the fold, or on the label itself.
